Do you want to improve your understanding of macro photography and learn how to get the best composition from you equipment and close up images?

Butterfly are probably the most photogenic insects and there are thousands of species which can be found all over the world. Their fragile wings are what make them look so beautiful, they are covered with thousands of tiny scales which form a pattern and give the butterfly its entire beauty. It's quite challenging to find and photograph them, so it's really helpful to learn from Dr. KKYU, who is famous for his butterfly photography and held various seminars about butterfly photography.

Learn everything you ever wanted to know about outdoor photography, including what types of gear to use in every situation, how to work with natural light, and what times of the day make for the most compelling images. Professional photographers explain the nuances of composition, exposure and framing so you can take better pictures of wildlife, birds, insects, flowers, landscapes and more.

By the time you complete the course, you will have the skills and confidence necessary to shoot professional-quality nature photography.

Graduates are eligible to become certified by the International Nature Photographic Society (NPS).

After completing the Nature & Eco Photography Course, you will learn:

  • Identification, ecology and introduction to butterfly photography
  • Learn to master composition, exposure, and framing better photographs
  • In the Field Trip section, the instructor takes you into the field and demonstrates how to work with natural light, and what times of the day make for the most compelling images
